If I could work with Kal again, I would! I had recently graduated with my undergraduate degree this past summer and had just began graduate school for counseling. After one semester of the masters program I was extremely unhappy in the curriculum and did not see it as my purpose. I decided to not continue in schooling and was unsure of where to go next. However, that is where Kal stepped in. Kal met with me and ran many assessments where she was able to determine a few career paths that would best suit me. Through these assessments I learned that counseling was not a good career fit for me and Kal provided me with so much support and information about other career paths that would align best with my personality, best working environment and learning style. I cannot say enough about College Career Consulting. My family had a really hard time during the Covid years. In 2020 my oldest son started HS as a freshman and my youngest started middle school who has autism. Both children declined dramatically from 2020 through 2022. I even had to pull my oldest out of public school his junior year and had to put him in private school to catch up. The stress of it all was a lot to handle for the whole family. If I could work with her again and again, I would, and if I could make you work with her, I would. However, I can't, so I'll just strongly recommend that you do. Before meeting with Kal, I was pursuing an engineering degree because I knew it would provide job stability, good pay and a promising career. Pretty solid reasoning. However, every day I would come to class I would feel this sense of dread, emptiness and unrest. In spite of these good reasons I came up with in my head for doing what I was doing, I didn't feel fulfilled and I just knew it wasn't my purpose. After meeting with Kal, everything changed.
